Navigating the Jassby Partner UI
This guide covers basic navigation for the Jassby Partner UI.
Your access to screens and functions is determined by your user role. You will only see the features you have permission to use. If you attempt an action without the necessary rights, you will receive an "Access is denied" message.
You can view a complete list of all user role permissions here.
Topics covered in the article include User Profile, Available Screens, Viewing and Reporting Options, Sorting and Filtering, and Actions.
User Profile
When you log in, your company's logo is in the top-left corner, and your profile button is in the top-right:
Clicking your profile button will expand a menu with the following options:
- Profile: View and update your name, phone number, and password.
- User Management: (Administrators only) Add new users, and update existing users' names, phone numbers, roles, and status.
- Help: Takes you to the Jassby Partner Support Help Center.
- Sign Out: Logs you out of your account.
Available Screens
When you log in, you will be on the Trips screen, which lists all trips:
You may view all trips by their status. Additionally, you may filter Closed trips by All or the last 60 days:
To see a trip's details, click on its row:
This will open tabs for ALLOTMENTS, CARDS, and TRANSACTIONS. If your Jassby Travel plan includes the Tour Leader app, a TOUR LEADERS tab will also be visible:
- Trips: A list of all trips. Instructions for creating a trip are available here.
- Allotments: A list of all allotments for a specific trip. Instructions for managing allotments are available here.
- Cards: Displays the activity of trip cards associated with a specific trip.
- Transactions: Shows debit card transactions while a trip is in progress. Once the trip end date passes, this view will no longer update.
- Tour Leaders: (Availability based on your plan) Lists any Tour Leaders linked to the trip.
- Trip Card Orders: Located under the Trips tab on the left. This screen lists all Trip Card orders by Lot ID and separates them into Assigned, Inventory, and Closed lots. Hover over the "actions" column and click the eye icon to view lot details.
- Order Locations: A list of all locations you have set up for inventory orders (cards not ordered for a specific trip). The default location is where any unused, recovered spare cards are stored.
- Bulletin: A list of articles uploaded to your Partner Portal, including announcements about enhancements and quick reference materials.
- Funding Account: (Administrators and Finance only) Located under the Trip Card Orders tab on the left. This provides details on funding and maintaining your Partner Funding Account. Details can be found here.
Viewing and Reporting Options
These options are available on every screen:
- Export: Downloads a CSV file of the information currently displayed on the screen.
- Columns: Toggles on or off to show or hide specific columns.
- Density: Adjusts the row height to your preference: compact, standard, or comfortable.
Sorting & Filtering
On all screens, you can sort columns by clicking the column name for ascending or descending order. For more options, hover over the column heading and click the vertical ellipsis.
- Unsort: Removes any applied sorting.
- Sort by ASC/DESC: Sorts in ascending or descending order.
- Hide: Hides the column from view.
- Show Columns: Displays a list of columns with toggles to hide or unhide them.
- Pin to left/right: Secures the column in the far-left or far-right position.
- Filter: Opens options to filter data. Choose the Operator and type in the Value. You can add more filters by clicking the + ADD FILTER button. To edit or remove a filter, click the filter icon next to the column name.
Some screens have a simplified filtering process:
- Trips and Funding Account: Filter these screens by status using the dropdown menu. The selected filters will be displayed in the status box:
Actions
Hovering over the Actions column on any page allows you to perform an action on that specific row. If an icon is greyed out, you do not have permission to perform that action.
For views with checkboxes, you can perform an action on multiple records at once by selecting the rows. Check the box in the header to select all visible rows. If a checkbox is greyed out, the action cannot be performed because it has already been done, is not applicable to that record, or the timeframe for the action has passed.
