Yes, you may set up the allotments for a trip prior to transferring funds into your Funding Account to cover the allotments. However, if you do not deposit the funds prior to the scheduled disbursement time, the allotment(s) will not be loaded onto the cards. If there are insufficient funds in the funding account 10 days before the scheduled disbursement time, you will receive an email reminding you to deposit funds.
